Where required, our units exceed the DNV lifting standards for movement offshore including DNV2.7-1 for containerised packages, and DNV2.7-3 for open equipment within lifting frames.
All class approved marine equipment meets the society standards, and as required by the end user can be witness tested in the presence of a marine body inspector. The marine standards we adhere to are DNV, BV, Lloyds, ABS and GL.
All marine engines are SOLAS compliant, and meet current IMO regulations.
For offshore equipment installed within hazardous environments, safety options available include, gas tight dampers, ATEX fans, motors & actuators, Zone I&II battery isolators, smoke & flame detectors, gas sensors, and oil mist sensing. Our Zone I safety control system, can be integrated into the customers ship or platform management system, where in the event of an emergency the generator can be remotely stopped in the quickest and safest manner possible.
